उत्तर प्रदेश में योगी शासन नफ़रत, सांप्रदायिक-जातिवादी हिंसा का पर्याय बन चुका है.

भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश बी.आर. गवई ने मॉरीशस में एक सेमिनार में अपने भाषण में इस बात पर ज़ोर दिया था कि "भारतीय न्याय व्यवस्था बुलडोज़र के शासन से नहीं, बल्कि क़ानून के शासन से चलती है". उत्तर प्रदेश में भाजपा इस सिद्धांत के उलट काम कर रही है, जहां राज्य पूरी तरह से अराजकता और राज्य प्रायोजित मुस्लिम विरोधी हिंसा में लिप्त है.

रविवार, 5 अक्टूबर को, जातीय अत्याचार के एक भयावह मामले में, फ़तेहपुर ज़िले के निवासी 38 वर्षीय दलित व्यक्ति हरिओम की रायबरेली ज़िले में तथाकथित "ड्रोन चोर" के नाम पर भीड़ ने पीट-पीटकर हत्या कर दी। हरिओम को बेल्ट और लाठियों से बेरहमी से पीट-पीटकर मार डाला गया। यह घटना आजमगढ़ जिले में एक हिंदू पड़ोसी द्वारा सात साल के मुस्लिम बच्चे शाहज़ेब की बेरहमी से हत्या और उसके बुरी तरह क्षत-विक्षत शव को "सबक सिखाने" के लिए अपने घर के दरवाज़े पर एक बोरे में लटकाने के बाद हुई है। हरिओम की लिंचिंग के वीडियो फुटेज में एक हमलावर यह कहते हुए दिखाई दे रहा है, "यहाँ सब लोग बाबा के साथ हैं" - जो योगी आदित्यनाथ के शासन में सांप्रदायिक-जातिवादी ताकतों के बढ़ते हौसले का एक भयावह प्रदर्शन है।

यह अत्याचार पूरे उत्तर प्रदेश में मुसलमानों के खिलाफ राज्य प्रायोजित हिंसा के एक समन्वित अभियान के साथ-साथ हुआ है। कई दिनों तक, पुलिस और प्रशासन ने 'आई लव मोहम्मद' प्रदर्शनों पर क्रूर दमन किया. लोग मुस्लिम समुदाय को निशाना बनाने वाले अधिकारियों की मनमानी और भेदभावपूर्ण कार्रवाइयों के खिलाफ अपनी असहमति व्यक्त कर रहे थे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशों का सीधा उल्लंघन करते हुए, हफ़्तों से मनमाने ढंग से बुलडोजर से की गई तोड़फोड़ ने बरेली, संभल और अन्य इलाकों में कई मुस्लिम घरों को निशाना बनाया है। परिवारों को विस्थापित किया गया है, घरों को ध्वस्त किया गया है, और अनगिनत लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है, प्रताड़ित किया गया है और सार्वजनिक रूप से अपमानित किया गया है।

घरों पर अंधाधुंध बुलडोज़र चलाने; पुलिस द्वारा मूकदर्शक बने रहकर हाशिए के समुदायों के लोगों को परेशान या लिंच किया जाना; गिरफ्तार मुसलमानों को पुलिस द्वारा गोली मारना, मीडिया के सामने अपमानजनक परेड करवाना और पुलिस थानों से लंगड़ाते हुए बाहर निकलते देखना, ये सब भयावह रूप से आम हो गए हैं। प्रशासन जज, जूरी और जल्लाद की भूमिका निभा रहा है।

सांप्रदायिक-जातिवादी हिंसा के बीच, योगी शासन में उत्तर प्रदेश महिलाओं के खिलाफ अपराधों में भी शीर्ष स्थान पर है, जैसा कि हाल ही में एनसीआरबी की रिपोर्ट से पता चलता है, जो राज्य की भयावह वास्तविकता को और उजागर करती है।

योगी शासन में, राज्य ने मुसलमानों, दलितों और समाज के सभी हाशिए के वर्गों के खिलाफ एक हिंसक, लक्षित और घृणित आतंक अभियान चलाया है। भाकपा (माले) हरिओम की लिंचिंग और उत्तर प्रदेश में मुसलमानों के खिलाफ जारी कट्टर हिंसा और बुलडोजर अन्याय की कड़ी निंदा करती है, और उत्तर प्रदेश के लोकतांत्रिक विचारधारा वाले लोगों से संविधान और लोकतंत्र के इस विध्वंस के खिलाफ एकजुट होने का आह्वान करती है।

भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के "कानून के शासन" संबंधी कथन को याद करते हुए, हम सर्वोच्च न्यायालय से आग्रह करते हैं कि वह राज्य द्वारा प्रायोजित बुलडोजर अन्याय अभियान और व्यक्तियों के जीवन, अंग और स्वतंत्रता को खतरे में डालने वाले सभी गैरकानूनी प्रशासनिक कृत्यों का तत्काल स्वतः संज्ञान ले।

उत्तर प्रदेश में सांप्रदायिक-जातिवादी आतंक का प्रतिरोध करें और उसे परास्त करें!
