मुंबई दादर स्टेशन पर इस देसी टोपी वाले भाई ने Blue Light Gang से पंगा ले ही लिया!

ट्रेन से दादर स्टेशन उतरते ही जब बाहर निकला। काली पीली इंडिगो टैक्सी वाले इसे तुरंत घेर लिया।

सर, कहाँ जाना है?…पूछा। भाई ने जगह बताई, बार्गेनिंग की और 250 रुपये में फाइनल कर दिया।

इसे दूसरी टैक्सी में बैठाया। अंदर बैठते ही साइड में ब्लू लाइट जल गई। फिर ड्राइवर के पास एक आदमी खड़ा हो गया।

उसने 200-200 के नोट निकाले और बोला, 1000 का दो 500 के नोट दो ना, भाई।

भाई ने 500 का नोट दिया। पर्स संभालते ही वो आदमी चिल्लाया...सर आपने तो सिर्फ 100 रुपये दिया!

भाई तुरंत शॉक हो गया। बोला कि 500 दिया है, क्या झूठ बोल रहा है?

लेकिन गैंग तैयार था। नोट बदलने का पूरा खेल था।

भाई ने डटकर लड़ाई की, बोला...मैंने गांव का पानी पिया है, तुम मुझे नहीं ठग सकते हो।

पुलिस बुलाऊंगा, मीडिया बुलाऊंगा!

गैंग वाले घबरा गए और आखिर में 500 रुपये वापस कर दिए।फिर पूरा गैंग इकट्ठा हो गया था।

बाद में एक बुजुर्ग आदमी ने बताया कि ये Blue Light Gang है।

दादर स्वामीनारायण मंदिर के सामने ये रोज स्कैम करते हैं।

इनके 200 से ज्यादा लोग हैं। तीन बड़े आका हैं। पहले कुछ नहीं था, अब करोड़ों के फ्लैट बना लिए हैं।

भाई सबको अवेयर कर रहे हैं कि दादर या बांद्रा टर्मिनस पर इन ब्लैक-येलो टैक्सी में कभी मत बैठना।

मुंबई जाने वाला हर आदमी को ये बात जाननी चाहिए।

In May 2018, a girl named Anuradha went missing. Like every day, she had left for school in morning but did not return

Her parents waited till 6 pm, then went to police (Nagina Police Station in UP’s Bijnor)

Police assured they would find her. Her father Dayanand did not know that police should have filed an FIR. Finally, after a month when the case reached an NGO, the police was forced to file an FIR on 1 June 2018

Suspect was booked under IPC sections 363 (kidnapping) and 366 (kidnapping a woman to compel marriage)

Police found one Danish Hussain had taken the girl. They added the name to case diary. Dayanand said he had heard this name for the first time

Dayanand called up Danish after taking number from police; The latter said ‘take your girl if you can’

Within two days, Danish filed a writ petition in Allahabad High Court asking the FIR against him to be quashed

He made Anuradha, who was now Nisha Naz, as co-petitioner

Petition said Anuradha was a major and the girl’s father was harassing them

Danish produced her Aadhaar card and nikahnama as proof, which showed her as 19

Dayanand, on the other hand, produced her Class 10 certificate - issued by UP education board - which showed her age as 17 (minor)

Although Class 10 Board certificate is considered to be the most valid proof of age as per law, sessions court still ordered for a bone test and ordered a stay on Danish’s arrest till next hearing with bone test results

The girl never showed up for the bone test

The father soon learnt that she was pregnant. He gave up on the case and stopped going for hearings

In 2020, during the lockdown, the girl returned. She had suffered a miscarriage again. She cited threat from Danish, fearing he would kill her

After some months, both parties struck a compromise

The couple went to court and submitted an affidavit that they were separating because Danish had given Nisha Naz triple talaq two months earlier and she did not wish to contest it.

Danish was never booked for POCSO. He has never been arrested

Now, if they lower age of consent, Class 10 certificate will not even be available to determine age of the child. Court will order bone tests in all cases. That test allows margin of 2-3 years, which is usually kept in favour of the adult party

Here’s the story of Ranjish. 💔

He was 38, a bus conductor. He married the girl he loved and had a daughter.

Two years later, his wife left them both and moved to the Gulf. There she found another man, fell in love, and abandoned Ranjish and her daughter.

Ranjish raised his daughter alone for 8 years, pouring every drop of his love and strength into her.

Her name is Shraddha Pandre.

She is a forest officer who took on the sand and timber mafia so hard that they tried to physically attack her eleven times in three months. That is one attack roughly every eight days. She kept raiding them anyway.

She is a young officer of the Indian Forest Service in Madhya Pradesh, a state where the forests hide a fortune. Sand is lifted illegally from the riverbeds at night. Ancient teak trees are cut down and smuggled out.

Whole stretches of forest are stripped bare. For years the people doing it operated as if the law simply did not apply to them, because the officers meant to stop them had learned to look the other way.

She refused to learn that lesson.

In one posting, in just two and a half months, she went after them directly. She did not send orders from an office. She was there on the ground, in the forest, with her team, during the raids.

They seized seventy eight vehicles, most of them tractors and trolleys loaded with stolen sand and timber. More than twenty people were sent to jail. For a mafia used to buying its way out of everything, it was a shock.

They hit back the only way they knew. In three months she faced eleven physical attacks. Her field staff were threatened. The message was simple. Stop, or we will hurt you.

She did not stop.

When she broke up an illegal teak smuggling operation in another district, the pressure from the powerful people behind it grew so strong that she was transferred out. It was not the first time, and it will not be the last. Officers like her get moved from post to post, because they cannot be bought and they cannot be frightened.

She does all of this while raising a young son, often holding charge of two forest divisions at once.

The forest cannot speak for itself. She decided she would speak for it, even with a target on her back.

ताकि रेंट पर चढ़ा कर घर का खर्च निकल सके,

तभी अधिकारियों ने आश्वासन दिया कि ठीक है करवा देंगे,
अभिषेक ने पलट कर कहां करवा देंगे नहीं करवा दीजिए,

उसके बाद अभिषेक ने एक और बात कही कि आप लोगों का क्या आपको तो कमीशन मिल जाता है आपका हो जाता है,
