@Swiggy I have been charged with a cancellation fee of rs 315 against order I’d 239206648882874. The order was cancelled due to delay of more than 30 mins from Swiggy’s end . Thereafter charging customer for Swiggy’s mistake seems to be the new business model.

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy @SwiggyCares the order was delayed at your end and cancellation was charged . Am I suppose to stay hungry and wait for the food while you delay it. People just stop using @Swiggy and beware of its new business model.
