An FMCG distributor once showed me his beautiful year-end accounts.

Perfectly filed. Zero notices.

Then I asked three questions:
“What was last month’s margin by principal?”
“How much cash will you actually have on 30th?”
“Which customers crossed credit limit this week?”

He went silent for a long time.

That silence is more expensive than any penalty.

We now send him the answers on the 4th of every month, before the decisions are already taken.

A distributor once told me he only looked at his books when the CA called in September.

“By then the damage was already done,” he said. “I had already given extra credit to the wrong customers and over-ordered stock that sat for months.”

Last month was the first time he received a simple one-page MIS on the 5th. He saw the ageing before it became a problem. He adjusted.

That is the difference between books that record history and books that still let you change the story.

Deductions salaried filers leave on the table every single year:

• 80D — health insurance premium (including parents')
• 80CCD(1B) — extra ₹50,000 via NPS, over and above 80C
• 80E — full interest on education loans
• 80TTA/TTB — savings & FD interest
• HRA — even if your employer didn't account for it correctly

Freelancers & D2C sellers — Section 44AD/44ADA can mean:

→ flat % of turnover as income
→ no detailed books
→ often lower tax
→ simpler ITR-4

Now they are telling that the program is on hold and telling that it cannot be processed now, have been trying ever since I received the buyback offer this is purely an evil atrocious attitude on looting the customers! Seriously hi high time @PMOIndia @nitin_gadkari @MORTHIndia should take some action against this fraudulent company. How will India develop when such fraudsters roam the streets freely when openly looting from customers?
