Pumpkin Connection กลุ่มนักศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.) เปิดตัว NIRAT หรือ "นิราศ" ผลงานธีสิส เป็นแอนิเมชันสั้นสไตล์แฟนตาซีแบบไทย พร้อมเปิดให้รับชมแล้วบน YouTube

โดย NIRAT จะเล่าเรื่องราวของ "ภพ" ตัวละครหลักที่ออกตามหายาเพื่อรักษาแม่ที่ล้มป่วยด้วยโรคร้าย ทว่าเส้นทางแห่งความหวังครั้งนี้กลับนำพาไปพบกับสายเลือดที่เขาไม่เคยล่วงรู้

ซึ่งตัวแอนิเมชันมีการผสมผสานการออกแบบที่ผสมผสานระหว่างองค์ประกอบของวัฒนธรรมไทยที่คนไทยรู้จักดี และสไตล์แอนิเมชันคาดว่าได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจาก Arkane แต่ก็ออกมาลงตัวและคุณภาพน่าสนใจมากๆ และแม้ว่าจะเป็นโปรเจ็กต์นักศึกษาแต่ผลงานที่ออกมา ก็เรียกได้ว่าดูดีใกล้เคียงกับมืออาชีพเลยทีเดียว
