Actually all NEW building/Development has to give STANDARD amenities like SOLAR PANELS to capture SOLAR GREEN ENERGY and also RECYCLE water plants to re-use the GREY water for many NON - DRINIKING uses... Both should be made compulsory.

BMC secured additional reserve water due to weak monsoon concerns and says Mumbai's current supply can last until August 17. "Rising population and growing demand are putting pressure on water resources," BMC chief Ashwini Bhide said.

It's a real FRIGHt going outbof Mumbai on the western Side... It's the Heaviest Traffic Exit point and it's TOTALLY mismananged... And NO one cares or thinks about solving the Bottle Neck...

What I forgot adding here:

- London has ~35 bridges across the Thames within the city.

- Paris has ~37 bridges over the Seine.

- New York City has 20+ major bridges and tunnels just across the Hudson/East River crossings.

- Shanghai has 15+ major crossings over the Huangpu.

These are cities that built multiple ways in and out, so traffic gets split instead of piled up.

Mumbai? Almost the entire northbound movement (to Surat, Ahmedabad) gets funneled onto essentially one corridor/bridge. And then people talk about “induced traffic.”

For the FIRST TIME IN HISTORY, a due date of PT - Professional Tax has been PREPONED — from 31st March to 15th March 2026. This is unprecedented & deeply unfair to lakhs of honest taxpayers.

To make matters worse:
- The Mahagst portal is NOT working
- Businesses & professionals CANNOT file returns or make payments
- Taxpayers are WILLING to comply — the system is NOT letting them

Penalizing taxpayers for a government portal failure is absolutely unjust.

We strongly demand an immediate extension of the PTRC and PTEC deadline till 31 May and make portal working by 31 March
