SWIFT MT199: Sent
FEMA Code: P0802
Request immediate intervention to trace MT199 and credit funds.
This is not delay — this is systemic coordination failure.
@TheOfficialSBI@RBI I am extremely frustrated with the handling of my inward remittance (USD 6,308.20) at SBI Surat (Sarthana Branch).
Payment was held due to missing purpose in MT103 — compliance is fine.
But what followed is complete lack of coordination
@TheOfficialSBI@RBI Visited Bardoli branch for SWIFT trace.
Was told officer with SWIFT terminal access is on leave for a week.
No backup access. No alternate officer. No solution.
Is international remittance handling dependent on one person?
@TheOfficialSBI@RBI Meanwhile, I coordinated with the remitter and got SWIFT MT199 amendment sent.
FEMA Purpose Code P0802 (Export of IT / Software / Digital Services) officially transmitted.
Compliance issue resolved from sender side.
@TheOfficialSBI@RBI Then visited Nanpura branch → redirected again.
Finally told to email departments and wait. No clear ownership. No case tracking. No escalation channel provided.
Customer left to run between branches.
@TheOfficialSBI@RBI Visited SBI Sarthana → redirected to “Main Branch” Chowk Bazar.
Went to location shown on Google Maps — no branch exists there.
How is SBI Surat’s main branch not even accurately listed? Basic operational clarity missing.

@Airtel_Presence ₹2249 was recharged on a wrong number (xxxxxx1856) and your team refuses to refund, even though the number is inactive/not in service. This is unacceptable. I demand an immediate reversal or refund. #AirtelFail#CustomerRights
@Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed! I recharged using a number saved in contacts, and due to no warning about outdated numbers, ₹2249 was credited to the wrong account. Customer support refuses refund, citing policy. This is unacceptable. Fix this immediately!
Amazon hides behind “policy” instead of helping customers.
₹2249 is not a small amount — and anyone can face this.
@jagograhakjago@consaff@RBI should take note: Amazon Pay is not safe for recharges.
Don’t trust them with your money.

⚠️ Warning: Don’t trust @amazonIN with your money.
I did a mobile recharge of ₹2249 using Amazon Pay contact sync. Because of their outdated contact system, the recharge went to a wrong number.
Despite raising tickets, Amazon refuses to refund.
#AmazonPay#ConsumerRights
👉 I’ve been transferred between 14+ agents, wasting hours of my time.
👉 Operator denied reversal, but the issue is Amazon’s faulty design (contacts can be outdated).
👉 Amazon should show a warning before confirming payment, but they don’t.
This is negligence.
Hi @Airtel_Presence@airtelindia, I mistakenly recharged the wrong number. Amount ₹2249, Txn ID: 408-2998436-2529959. It hasn’t reflected on my intended number. Please guide on refund or correction.
