once its rescheduled on 14.50 then again its rescheduled on 12.50 only one flight how can rescheduled 7 hour prior & how passengers can manage there works ?

We have purchased health insurance of maxbupa on 09th April through potablility with intermediary policy bazar.

Now facing claim issue from max bupa and no one helping us in this.

@MaxBupa @PBHelpDesk Regret to say that your team has already checked the documents 3 time and all time claims has been rejected under clause 5.1 but as you check policy its more then 5 year old the how it get rejected.
Kindly reply on it.
Pls read the first paragraph of the policy.

@MaxBupa Hello, I had submitted claim for my wife on 21st July, it's get rejected with mention 5.1 clause reason and as per the clause my policy is 7 year old, I don't understand how your claim department rejected the claim.
