@airindiain Dear @airindiain I had to cancel the trip due to covid restrictions and you told me I will get full refund. I never got cancellation email and after a year I got money back but $420 less angain no receipt, why did you deduct? #420airindia

@airindiain I have booked my parents tickets in Apr-2021 but could not fly due to covid Rules so cancelled tickets in Sep-21. filled feedback forms but status is acknowledged. Its been 1 year but not received refund yet. Called\emailed customercare 100s of times but no action yet

@airindiain @airindiain thanks. U r asking me again to fill up the feedback form. I have filled 10 forms so far. Filling them since January.ur public post says that refund issued on 25 apr,waited 3 weeks, i cant believe i have to fill other feedback form but i filled it and shared no in dm.

@airindiain @airindiain you have stopped replying to me now. So its been alsmost 3 weeks after 25 Apr and still no refund. So what needs to be done if you dont reply now? Should we start tagiing Ministers or Modiji? I guess there is no choice that you have left for us.
