I faced this in multiple locations in the city.

@JioCare The ticket is resolved without giving an actual resolution. My 5g internet speed is still like 3g. Upload speed is pathetic. IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIMES. INTERNET SPEED IS POOR 24/7 in my house,outside my house,on the road,in balcony,everywhere. I live on the main road on 7th floor.
