• सावित्री बाई फुले छात्रावास: देश में कामकाजी महिलाओं के लिए हॉस्टल की संख्या दोगुनी कर, हर ज़िले में कम से कम एक हॉस्टल सुनिश्चित करने की गारंटी।

कांग्रेस का लक्ष्य देश की आधी आबादी को आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बनाना और बराबरी का प्रतिनिधित्व देना है।
