@InstaMoneyApp We are not referring to the extra EMI amount, as it has already been credited. Our concern is the RTN charges of ₹590 deducted multiple times from our account, totaling around ₹20,000. Please explain these deductions and process a refund if charged incorrectly

Loan taken from Instamoney ₹10,000. EMI paid on time, yet ~₹20,000 debited as "RTN charges" in last 1 year. Even today ₹4,750 deducted without proper justification. This is unauthorized. Request immediate investigation and full refund.

इंस्टा मनी aap से हमने 10000 का लोन लिया। कम से कम 20000 रुपये मेरे अकाउंट से रुपये काट लिए है , नच मैंडेट लगा था मेरे अकाउंट पे, हमने पूरा लोन जमा कर दिया है। अब हम नाच मैंडेट डिलीट कर रहे हैं तो डिलीट नहीं हो रहा है। और ना ही अकाउंट डिलीट हो रहा है।
