some caveats are real given the early stage: independent standardized benchmarking is still emerging. deployment scale is not public.

@ICICIBank_Care@ICICIBank You guys got be the worst when it comes to customer service. I reached out to your Sarjapura Branch to open an account and submitted all the documents by Dec 7, 2025. I had to follow up with them multiple times to get the account opened.
@TheSleepCo_ I would have gladly given a 5-star rating if the lady who called me on the morning of 10 Nov had not threatened to withhold the delivery if I didnโt answer the delivery personโs calls. I think SleepCompany can easily find out who was that unprofessional call center agent
@TheSleepCo_ I bought an office chair worth 30k+. I was told it will be delivered within 48 hours. After that I get a call from a helpline. I missed it. Called back. Was told it was sleep company and they might have called me regarding delivery.
@TheSleepCo_ After I raised the complaint, the team quickly assigned an installation expert and completed the installation within 24 hours of delivery. I have updated my rating to 3 stars.
@TheSleepCo_ looks like @TheSleepCo_ spends most of its money in the upkeep of @AnilKapoor and less on customer experience. Full of unprofessional folks.
You need to train your third rate call center agents on how to speak professionally to customers. @TheSleepCo_ is looking a premium company with a bunch of frauds.
