In this world of AI forget 5G our entire building has no internet for last 5 days! No Technician no follow up no call back, the only thing that shows up from Jio Fiber is a red blinking signal on its Router. Horrible, irresponsible & ghastly unprofessional @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I want to know what exactly are they working on coz none of the technicians have bothered to receive our calls or complaints. No decency to explain the real issue and real time resolution. And how are you going to compensate all the days that we have lost because of No Internet.
