three questions kept coming back, so here are the three answers:

(1) sessions, projects, profiles, bots.

a session is one conversation. a project is a folder your agent works in. a profile is a whole separate agent with its own memory and skills. and a bot is just a profile with a name and a face in the Desktop app.

(2) "which model do I start with?"

if you have zero clue, start with a free model on Nous Portal and switch later. your setup does not marry a model, changing is super easy.

(3) "I opened it... now what?"

the best answer came from you: pick one real task from your day and hand it over. one person put it perfectly, pick a single point of friction in your daily life and let Hermes solve that, then pick a new thing tomorrow.
