@navs1831 @maheshbadamm @ankitdewan But it was successful when you bought miles for first time. So I don’t think it’s the issue here. It’s pretty strange. You need to contact Ethiad as you are buying miles from their app/website. Tried any other international transaction on diff merchant ?

@RajFno @ankitdewan I bought miles on 30th June and also transferred some miles from Axis Atlas 1:2 to Ethiad. Upgraded to silver on 3rd July & redeemed voucher same day. Today status changed to Gold.

@maheshbadamm @ankitdewan You need mentioned amount of miles for voucher redemption. Transfer needed miles from atlas or any card which has point transfer option with Ethiad.

For Atlas it’s 1:2.

@vasatweets @SartanparaYash Redeemed before gold. Take screenshot of voucher codes, you should be able to use it as expiry is 30 days. I used on same day to be safe as I had already done transaction on Ethiad for Gold upgrade. So couldn’t take risk.
