Maa Inti Bangaaram was an average experience. The fight scenes were good, wish they were longer and there were more. The drama part of the movie felt like lazy fillers and was not engaging. Samantha looked fit for the role, wish there are more action flicks led by women.

Balan is a classy movie. Brilliantly made and excellent performance by all especially the main lead.

The direction, music and cinematography stood out most for me.

Disclosure Day was really enjoyable for me - and it’s not an action or thriller flick.

Steven Spielberg is a legend - he is a master at storytelling. No flashy cuts, no quick jumps from one scene to another, just excellent “old-school” filmmaking that keeps you on your seat.

There were some meh stuff story-wise but the way the director unfolded it kept me engaged.

watched this live and this was brilliant - LH hunting down Sainz, Sainz knowing he will get overtaken so uses slows down just enough to give Lando DRD so LH has more work to do. Tactical

no really bcoz no one understands. teammates whine over p9-10s and refuse to help eo but carlos really kept lando (his opponent) in his drs while LEADING THE Fucking RACE. no one else could ever dare to do that. that's why singapore 23 is for the history.

I wish it was a bit shorter in runtime but @abhinavsnayak direction, editing, Jakes music and Naslen turns a decent script into a captivating watch.

4 episodes into #TheBoroughs and it’s been fun so far.

There’s a mystery that’s unravelling as a person who lost his wife decides to settle down in a community for senior citizens. He quickly finds out the place is not all-happy all-peaceful as everyone thinks. He decides to investigate and picks up friendships along the way.

It’s made by Stranger Things creators and is somewhat like ST but featuring seniors.

FROM S4 has been a disappointment so far. The writers have slowed things down for no reason, added melodrama. The season opener was good but it’s been downhill since.

They need consecutive banger episodes.

Karakkam is an amateurish attempt at making a movie out of an interesting starting point. There are a few interesting elements here and there but just not enough to keep you hooked till the end - despite its short runtime of 104 minutes which I appreciated. We certainly need more sub-2hr movies but they should still have a proper engaging screenplay.

BLAST was an absolute blast in cinemas - we went in with low expectations, wanting to be entertained and it ended up being a super fun watch.

Story is a bit meh but the action somehow makes up for it - that doesn’t always happen.

Obsession is a brilliant watch - thoroughly enjoyed the creepy horror elements and also the fun on offer throughout.

Reminded me of M Shyamalan flick The Visit which also showed us how human behavior and movements can be creepy when it is slightly exaggerated and not apt for apt for a situation - for example a friend smiling at you for more than a few secpnds for no reason. That part was so well done.
