6 hospitals in B'luru sent out oxygen SOS calls yesterday. 2 patients in a Pvt Hosp ICU died because of oxygen shortage. 24 died in Chamarajanagar. Chief Secy says centre should allow state to use whatever oxygen it produces. If we don't fix this, we will have Delhi like crisis
