We adore our volunteer, Mrs. Perez. She is the grandmother of a former Helotes Bulldog. Every year she helps us with Kinder and 1st grade lunches for the first week of school. It truly takes a village- and we are grateful for her service to our campus. #helotesbulldogs

As part of Week of the Young Child, our Helotes Kindergarteners are spelling out the fun—literally! They built "tasty" words using Fruit Loops as manipulatives. Hands-on phonics instruction is so sweet! #WOYC #HelotesBulldogs @NISDElemCI @NISD_ECE
