This is the second time I’m requesting Airtel Air Fiber. The first time I waited a week, nobody showed up, and I had to cancel. Now you’re repeating the same pathetic service.

@IndiGo6E Denied check-in by IndiGo despite reaching on time with my infant & mother. 40 mins later, got a call from the boarding gate asking why I hadn’t checked in—clearly it was still open. Forced to rebook at ₹10,446. Serious mismanagement & zero accountability. @IndiGo6E

Facing issues while booking ship tickets as payment was deducted but booking could not be completed. Now tickets are unavailable.This has become a recurring issue for islanders, as tickets are often fully booked. Requesting @DssAndaman kindly look into this and improve process.

@IndiGo6E This is not accurate. Ireached the airport within the checkin time along with my infant and mother. The delay happened because your staff was occupied handling other passengers and did not attend to us in time. Blaming passengers without acknowledging is unfair.

@IndiGo6E Sent you the PNR and contact details. I have also filed a complaint with DGCA about this mismanagement. We were scammed by Indigo staff who pushed us to rebook the flight by paying extra when the check in was possible

I booked a ride today for my mother and initially the amount showed 50Rs and they the price got updated to 63 Rs. because the location got updated but your driver fought with my mother and made her to pay 100Rs. I want refund.
