@rapidobikeapp why do you keep charging me when I cancel rides after your captain asks 50-60 extra amount and I deny them & they ask me to cancel.. ?
Also while cancelling, the demanded extra cash option was not there.

I need my 11 rs back.
I would have paid that rider 50 rs extra anyway had he not demanded an absurd amount. Was it my fault ?

@RapidoCares What's more unacceptable it that, when I cancel because your riders denies to go because I denied to pay 200 extra, and you charge the customer for cancellation fee. It has happened a few times now. Even if it is 11 rs, i deny to pay that amount.

@rapidobikeapp do something about it. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence blocks Rapido calls as spam and my rides getting cancelled every other day as they can't reach me and I don't see their calls.

From my location, the destination is towards left and he took a right turn from uzanbazar, ulubari, serab bhati.

@rapidobikeapp @RapidoCares from my location, the destination is 7km. This driver took the longest route possible and when corrected, started arguing.
I am here with my sick dog need to reach ASAP and despite of requesting multiple times he did what he wanted to do.
