Only solution to all these problems are request them, guide them, force them, educate them whatever you can do, do it. "Just take them back to their Roots" what they left 300yrs back is a disconnect to their original roots.

Dear Authority today I was going to Dinjan to Tinsukia by my car and in the mid highway there was a PCR van in the highway near Tinsukia who has issued challan against my car speed which was approximately 50-60km in between.

It should be informed publicly. Otherwise just generating Challan is just an act of harassment to the general public, it's not Law enforcement. Pls look into this and suggest me your valuable take on this, if I am wrong. Thanks
