@NetflixIndia Did someone tell you that shifting the Home etc buttons from left to top spoils the UI. After going down 4-6 rows, I have to come up to search or maybe press home again. It takes one button to change the OTT channel. Who came up with this genius idea?

Case 3: ordered this. Firstly it's not showing on my app, big big issue? Secondly, order is first delayed and then cancelled. Another big issue. Thirdly what is this refund? Can't you check jow much I paid.
