Hi @KiaInd, the owner's manual for my Kia advises against petrol containing more than 10% ethanol. As E20 is now the standard fuel available in India, what should owners use? Has Kia issued updated guidance or approved E20 for these vehicles?

Now we’re being told that AI 472 is full and that the “cancellation” applied only to my parents.
This misinformation caused my parents to miss an important event in Mumbai, completely ruining our plans. Passengers cannot be misinformed like this.
We deserve accountability.

Hi @airindia , this is unacceptable.
My parents were scheduled to travel on AI 472 at 09:00 on 17th December.
We received an email saying their flight was changed to AI 2660 at 17:50
When called, the operator told us the flights are cancelled due to poor Weather conditions

we were told that all other flights on 17th December were cancelled and that AI 2660 was the only non-stop option available.
With no other choice, we agreed to the change — despite the much later departure time.
we called again, we were shocked knowing AI 472 was still operating

@airindia Until 05:29 IST. Does that mean Delhi to Chandigarh flight will run at 5:50am on 10th May?

If its still not sure, will I get full refund if I cancel my tickets?

BTW 8.5 year old car, 167,000 km, bought from Hyundai dealership (in Feb 2019) and regularly serviced from Hyundai genuine dealership.
(FYI i had spent 5k on parts already last year)

@HyundaiAus what is the age of your petrol engines? Is it 8.5 years or 170,000 km? Or whatever comes first?

@UberEats I was charged for an order that was canceled by the merchant. My payment was on pending state but instead of a refund it is a finalised deduction. I am unable to get help in the uber eats app. Please help
