@aaiRanchiApt @RNTata2000 @airindiain I am sorry to read about the disabled child incident at Ranchi airport. My mother had to suffer same trauma. Airport staff must be trained to take care of special needs of disabled and allow them a hassle free travel providing them respite over issues that may come up with them.

@aaiRanchiApt, @RNTata2000 My mother, Smt Nirmala Singh,physically disabled senior citizen, PNR : HS9VS had to miss her flight AI 0418 on 13.02.2022 as she was denied the facility of wheelchair on time by
airport staff. Appropriate action and compensation is solicited
