@wfcouncil I have been trying since YESTERDAY evening to make payment for this PCN. I have even gone online to log a complaint via PCN appeals to see if my payment has been processed and that page is down. It shouldn’t take so many attempts to try and make a payment. Help

@wfcouncil follow up from my last tweet it’s now been 40 mins and the payment is still processing for my PCN. I only have a few days (if that) before the PCN charge doubles in cost. Please advise urgently on what to do as the page says NOT to refresh it.
