@flipkartsupport No one got in touch yet, I arranged a call using help centre but that too was disconnected in between and no return call came back as well
@flipkartsupport Haven’t recieved any communication on 29th April as well.
Any lawyer to help me take this in Indian court ? Don’t want to meresly settle with consumer court since this is really very much disturbing to deal with

I’ll DM, but I expect a clear update and RETURN PICKUP, not another loop.
Update:
Received a call yesterday (~3 PM). Was told return request has been placed again and I’ll get a callback within 24 hrs
It’s now past that timeline. No call. No update.

@flipkartsupport This was the last communication, which was extended from initial 19th April date. No further communication has been received after this. What shall I make the sense from this now ?

– Photos of damage already shared
– No calls received despite “unreachable” claim
– Email verified as asked
– Return request raised again → rejected again
This is repeated stalling. Attaching proof.
In the business end of the season, when the pressure mounted and the stakes were high, this man has stepped up time and time again.
No matter what happens between now and June, we shouldn’t ever forget it.
