This conclave aims to equip research organisations and industries to design various strategies to protect their IP products effectively, evaluate their commercial potential and translate the IP and associated knowhow to tangible products and vendible commodities. The emphasis of the conclave is on maximizing revenue through technology licensing and intellectual property monetization.
The Conclave will also cover the emerging trends in IP monetization including formation of IP-based Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) companies and selling its shares for fund-raising, investing IP as an equity in a startup etc. The delegates can also gain insights into other advanced IP valorization concepts like incubation, Spin-off and Joint Ventures.
