If you've made more than 700,000% on your money, mind if I ask a question?
Why are illiquid stocks trading less than $20 million in daily dollar volume being discussed at MPA? It seems a bit inconsistent to preach risk management while highlighting names that many members couldn't realistically enter or exit without moving the market.
Coal mining had a bid today. Looks like the LNG supply crunch is increasing coal use.
$BTU is the best chart I found; it hasn't broken out yet and has decent earnings estimates as well (triple-digit EPS).
Other coal names shaping up or have had a breakout ( $CNR, $HCC, $AMR, )
@TheOneLanceB As @PradeepBonde says. The setup will look the same in a good market and in a bad/choppy market.
Your job is to determine if there is a high likelihood of working or not.
@stamatoudism It's also easier to deal with slow markets when you know that good bases are being created in these markets for the upcoming shiny things/themes
ok so I wanted to try Claude and do a proper deep dive on market cycles. Went all the way back to 1924 and manually entered every bull/bear cycle, pullbacks, rallies, every consolidation into an excell file .. then dumped it into Claude and told it to be my financial analyst and to create something visually good out of this data.
What came outโฆ every bull/bear market and its magnitude, presented visually and easily understood. It looks impressive. $SPY
