@AmericanAir we experienced the worst customer service today imaginable. Our flight MEM to DFW to Belize was delayed "claiming weather". Arrived at DFW & plane had left. No one was at counter to assist us. we had to figure all out & incur all new expenses, hotel, redo Covid test!
#CarWashUSAExpress rip off. Had my windshield replaced which meant new FastPass sticker. I was ensured the old account would be cancelled & relinked to new pass. They never cancelled & kept charging me 2x a month for over 1 1/2yrs. Only reimbursed me for 6 months. $420 lost!
