over the past few weeks for the following reasons:
Constant Monitoring: I am receiving balance alerts every alternate day, forcing me to recharge the account multiple times within a single month.
No Sealing certificate provided at the time of change of these smart meters. Now the residents are being askedct to visit UPPCL office to recify the bills to post paid. Is this torture or stress being given.. Higher officials not responding, managers not reverting

@JioMart_Support I am using this platform to let the people know about the system/process and service level at jio mart, it looks like that jiomart is not able and capable of handling the current orders load .
Orders are getting automatically returned even after dispatch.
Some technical issue .
Looks like jio is treating the customers in similar way like the old govt companies were treating. They should learn from amazon and other new players like blinkit.
Very pathetic experience, I wouldn't suggest any one to use the jio services.
Then it was showing that the order is returned and amount wilm be refunded in 7 days. When I called the customer care regarding the order they told that "due to some technical glitch" The order is returned. When I asked her what was the issue then she repeatedly said the same
