Roing situated in the lower dibang valley of Arunachal Pradesh is the home to the Idu Mishmi community along with Nepali, Assamese, Bihari and other inhabitants. As soon as we reached Roing we were welcomed by our host Mrs. Jyoti Linggi who took care of all our arrangements
Day 2 started with workshop in Cheta govt school. We also displayed the exhibition on "know your country"with the students. Had some language exchange.
Highlight of the day: Met Muri Linggi, second women of Northeast to summit Mt. Everest in 2018.🥳

Colours of Northeast
A two day orientation program that was conducted on 13th and 15th of October 2022. Exhibition on Northeast India and cultural dances were presented by volunteers.
