When we called the support once again today, the executive says we understand your situation but can’t do anything about this. We can’t send an engineer to your location. After all this, they had the audacity to even ask for feedback after giving us no resolution.
@JioCare Our home wifi (Jio AirFiber) hasn’t been working for 5 days. When we called customer care on Sunday we were promised an engineer by evening but no one turned up. Neither were we updated anything about the issue.
