@zomatocare ordered mango cake from theobroma. it was rotten and had gone bad . when complaint to customer care there was no help . you think anyone can validate the taste through the images . โน750 is not a small
amount for any person to let it go or paying for the rotten item
@nykaafashion the product again picked up again by delhivery courier company. It was again not updated online the system online . contacted customer care . was told by Executive Jatin Yadav it will take 24 hours to get updated. picked up on 10 may at 4:35 pm

@nykaafashion i have placed the return request for the product which was approved and the executive from Delhivery courier did the pick up also for the returned product after verification online . why online itโs showing pick up cancelled when the product was already picked up
