@ZeptoNow where is your customer care? ordered an item and returned that. Your delivery boy took it back, but your system shows the return as failed. The amount also not refunded and in your warehouse. Can't talk to your Customer care person. Can I get a call?

@EurekaForbes I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service from Eureka Forbes. I registered a complaint on 15.11.24 (CM-151124-37321704) for my Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer care, the issue remains unresolved.
