Pathetic customer service by the company. I have filed a complain on Tuesday and they have failed to even assign any technician. Everytime I call customer support, I get to hear only "sorry".

@AmazonHelp A new scam is going on in @amazonIN.
When you return a product, the delivery guy takes the product and change the product in between transition and with the help of @amazonIN they blame that the customer returned the fake product.

@amazonIN A product was picked up by the delivery guy , that guy checked the product, confirmed that the product was the same which I ordered initially, but customer care is blaming that I have given a fake product. Such pathetic behaviour from such company.
