Dear @NykaaMan @MyNykaa , I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a shirt on 18th August, promised for 23rd August, as I needed it for Rakhi. Instead, it was delivered on 3rd September—almost 10 days late.

@NykaaMan @MyNykaa When I tried to return it, the pickup was delayed until 10th September and my return request was cancelled. After contacting customer care again, I was told the new request would take another 72 hours for approval. This is honestly very frustrating. @NykaaMan @MyNykaa
