@SachinSanghe@passportsevamea Yes a big transformation in Passport system in last 10 years. Kudos to the Government on making it a fast paced system. Some challenges still exists though especially when the application get stuck due to any reason, no communications, difficult to get appointment etc

Recently booked an order with so called online furniture startup WallMantra, guess what 10 days gone by, status remains as day 1 (booked). No customer service support number, only whatsapp chat where bots reply that we are working hard. @Wall_Mantra quite pathetic
@Paytmcare recently started using Paytm postpaid. Got charged with hefty late payment fees... No reminders, no auto debit feature...only 7 days gap between statement date and due date.. doesn't sound fair..no customer support for this feature..it hurts.
@Lencare_In Yesterday your customer support guy came up and packed the laptop. Now I don't know next steps.. typical case of bad processes making customer suffer who is at no fault. Emailed your customer support they are also clue less
@Lencare_In sales guy persuaded me to purchase extended support and warranty, feels like I have been fooled by him and cheated by you guys. Your escalation policy is even worse, 2 days have gone by of escalation, and haven't even got an email of acknowledgment.

Bght new Lenovo laptop on 5th Feb, it had multiple hardware issues, ticket #2005412943 raised on 7th Feb. 2 weeks gone no response from @Lencare_In. No one responded on the escalation process as well.

@BretFisher it would be better if we launch 4 core CPU with 4 replicas of node application running on each instance in cluster mode. To achieve the same we will be using PM2. This is to make our deployment faster and have less overhead of managing traffic with reduced number of instances.(2)
