Received sleepx mattress on 29th Sept. Requested return next day. Finally picked up 36 days later after I literally warned them to deal with consumer court. Now mattress is returned but refund not issued yet.
Worst customer support !!

Ordered an ergonomic chair but before scheduled delivery for tomorrow, price changed!! Now I can't even refuse the delivery !! Who Does That???? Pathetic customer support. Disconnected the call without resolution !!!
