Average wait time is 2 hours with only 3 service counters, average time per order is 20 mins. Why this #worsecustomerservice?
Why take a pick up time, only to clog the service?

Promised pick up at 2:30 PM, at 4:30 PM still in a queue of 50 passengers.
Average service time, 20 mins per order.

For context, the interviewer poked more for a detailed discussion on the topic.
So well, it depends.
Someone who fits the bias but cannot make suitable assumptions to solve a hypothetical case-study is a misfit!

The interviewer turned out to be from the same village.
We talked for the first 15 minutes on development in that sector. It was a consulting job.
