The @icsi_cs has submitted a representation to @MCA21India seeking an extension of due dates for annual return filings due to persistent technical glitches.

Post introduction of MCA V3, tasks that earlier took 30 minutes now consume 4 hours or more.

Instead of simplifying compliance, the portal has become a challenge for professionals.
We respectfully urge the MCA to grant an extension in the interest of professionals and industry.

There is no intention to delay—only genuine system constraints.

1) ROC Due Date - Portal not working

2) IT Revised Return Due Date - Orignal ITR not processed, So Revised cannot file

3) Foreign Assets - Even Taxpayer dont know details of ESOP/Stock, Hence not possible to Update

4) GSTR 9/9C - Not yet done due to Date Extend of ITR / Tax Audit, Very less time

GSTR-9 की तारीख़ 15 दिन और GSTR- 9C की तारीख 30 दिन बढ़ाई जानी चाहिए क्यों कि इस साल Tax Audit भी देरी से हुए थे इसलिए GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C का काम भी देरी से शुरू हुआ था ।

The quality of the MCA portal developed by @LTIMindtreeOFCL is deeply concerning.
As shown in the video: after completing a form and clicking Submit, I was redirected to the login page instead of the application page. The system simultaneously displayed contradictory states—top right showing “logged in” while the page itself asked me to log in.

Even the application page behaved inconsistently: it prompted access while the header showed “logged out.” Only after multiple refreshes and repeated attempts was I able to access my own data.

Coming from a technical background, it still took significant effort to navigate this issue. One can only imagine the difficulty faced by professionals without deep technical knowledge.

Instead of improving usability, the portal has become unnecessarily complex. This clearly contradicts the objective of Ease of Doing Business.

Most importantly, these are system defects, not a “user awareness problem.” The issue needs acknowledgment and correction.

And please stop saying that it is USER AWARENESS PROBLEM.
