@RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw I am travelling in train 15658 A1 coach from SBG-DLI, and the seat of the washroom is broken and is of no use. What's the point of paying so much money when the basic amenities are not in place. The hygiene level is completely 0.

@IRCTCofficial I had booked a round trip from Delhi to Chandigarh on 12th July. Due to Himachal floods the train was cancelled from Delhi to Chandigarh, but the onward train from Chandigarh to Delhi was scheduled as usual. Request you to please refund the amount for other train.

Never order any trail from @GetSmytten. They don't deliver complete order and nor resolve your concern. Instead of accepting there ordering error they told me that it was mistaken at my end. Despite of being a regular customer they didn't provide me any solution.

Never ever buy products of @whirlpool_india from @RelianceDigital . Within 5 months of the purchase the product showed some defect & soon after the executive visited the site and repaired the product I was charged a sum of rs 530 during warranty.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia request you to please add more trains to the sahibganj section. Currently there are only couple of trains running to Delhi & Kolkata which makes it very difficult for the travelers to book the tickets in first place & 2ndly it's very crowded & dirty
