Sorry, but unless the government starts behaving in a proactive, beast-mode manner, things will not improve. No amount of talks can fix the current issues in India.

We have to make sure that merit and talent have more than enough reasons to stay and build in India.

I believe the government is trying to put some effort into this segment, but it is not enough.

Two sectors that immediately need reforms:

→ Education system — to promote a builder and creator mindset instead of a government-job mindset.

→ Startup ecosystem — a robust system that can quickly fulfill the needs of promising startups (even at the student level), so founders can fully focus on what they want to build instead of dealing with endless government processes.

Recently, another service case was logged for further diagnosis.
RAM was replaced, and the system was returned as “working fine,” but the same issue reoccurred shortly after.

At one point, the laptop remained in the service center for about a month during diagnosis and part replacement.
After every repair, the same freezing behavior reappeared soon after.
