Where is customer support contact gone? Your site has errors and there is no way to contact customer support. I have an item that is not as advertised and want to return it and site throws some error and there is no way of contacting customer support.

Hey @amazonIN where did the customer support chat and callback vanish? My order says contact Amazon, but there is no option or way of contacting Amazon anywhere. What's going on? Is Amazon India planning to shut down? How can any such site survive without customer support?
