I have small dent also ..when had service engineer visit today find small dent lower body..but irony is I can't exchange because I don't have lift
If replace then ... delivery people will drop on roads and I have to hire people From outside to help me

Accordingly to delivery team They will not deliver the good to 3rd or above floor .. if you are having lift then ok ..else left to open area.
Buying Heavy and costly Goods like Fridge not meant to buy from online.
