The one-click deploy button that makes installing trivial is the same thing that makes updating impossible.

Cloudflare's Deploy button imports the repo into your account. It does not fork it. So there's no parent, no Sync fork button, no "N commits behind" banner, and GitHub refuses to compare two repositories with no shared history.

Shipping the update path ended up taking longer than the feature anyone would be updating to.

Claude feels noticeably faster today. Responses are quick, but the quality has been hit or miss.

@yongfook I see many of them but I don’t understand their purpose. Any decent platform with MCP support can easily perform the same function.

I personally use @buffer
