@myfreshtohome , can you please look into this matter. Orders are unnecessarily marked delivered though its not delivered. Support team is useless, i am following from last 3 days related to various issues but unfortunately no resolution yet for any of the issues.

@gametheoryindia My daughter is attending classes whichever was booked still penalties are applied due to face authentication issues and all bookings are frozen unnecessary. There is no immediate support option from game theory. I have already raised 2 tickets but no response yet

@amazonIN @Boldfit_India i received the swimming goggles on 2nd nov, it was all good and no scratches when i used 1st time suddenly there are lot of scratches appeared that means some polish was there on goggles. When i called amazon customer service they clearly denied to help.

@amazonIN @Boldfit_India , i do not know who will help in this case Amazon or Boldfit but its sub standard product, i can not return it since i have used it 1 time for an 40mins. With in 40 mins of usage how come so many scratches can come that means some polish was there to hide

@SamsungIndia : Made a service request on 14th April regarding no refrigerator. Everyday i call samsung customer care since then and every day customer care support tells that today engineer will visit, he is on field but till now nobody visited and my problem has not resolved.
