Visited @HomeCentreIndia at Pavilion Mall, Pune to buy bedsheets… and got swarmed by 8-10 sales reps from different brands. 😅 I get they want to sell — but aggressive sales tactics kill the shopping experience. Big stores should feel welcoming, at ease, not like a battlefield.
