A milestone for emerging cricket nations. Persatuan Cricket Indonesia’s Abhiram Singh Yadav has won an Associate Member seat on the ICC Chief Executives’ Committee with a decisive 30/42 votes.

Working alongside ICC Chair Jay Shah, his election ensures non-traditional cricket powers have a strong, direct voice in shaping the sport’s global strategy. 🏏🌍

Guess who ?

[Nitin jain(Sachinsuperfan) @NitinSachinist]

Abhishek Bachchan ahead of the ETPL season starting from 26th August.

"It's an exciting new market for us. There is huge potential in Europe to follow cricket, not just with the traditional already playing cricket nations in Europe. I think that it's the dawn of a new horizon for a sport in Europe and I have immense confidence that in time to come Europe is going to have a very, very healthy cricketing market".

[Sachin Tendulkar @sachin_rt]

Standing here today, I realised something. No matter how many years pass, I’ll always feel like I have one more ‘thank you’ left to say.

Thank you for believing in me, guiding me, and helping me become the person I am.

Happy Guru Purnima, Achrekar Sir.

Congratulations to @CricketAus on winning their 7th @ICC Women’s T20 World Cup title with another incredible campaign. Huge credit to @englandcricket too - fantastic runners-up but champions in spirit. This tournament reminded us why women’s cricket is unmissable - power, passion, and pure class on display from start to finish. Thank you to both teams and everyone who made this World Cup so special. Women’s cricket is in a golden era!

ICC LAUNCHES RETURN TO PLAY POST-PREGNANCY GUIDELINES FOR FEMALE CRICKETERS

ICC Chairman, Mr Jay Shah, said: "The continued growth of women's cricket must be built on opportunity, inclusion and care for our players at every stage of their lives and careers. No player should have to choose between motherhood and representing her country at the highest level.

"The ICC's Return to Play Post-Pregnancy Guidelines are an important step in creating a more supportive and informed environment across the game. By providing Members with practical guidance, we want to ensure that female cricketers are supported through pregnancy and empowered to return to cricket with confidence.

[Jay Shah @JayShah]

It's a blockbuster start to the @ICC #WT20WorldCup 2026.

Opening weekend (Fri-Sun) saw almost 45000 fans in attendance across #Birmingham, #Manchester and #Southamption. This is the biggest ever opening weekend for an ICC women's event.
Live Digital viewership in India for #IndvPak @JioHotstar crossed 25 million unique users - more than the aggregate viewership for the entire last edition of WT20WC.
Peak viewership in the UK on #SkySports was the highest-ever for any WT20WC match.

Across India, UK and the world over…the women's Cricket movement has started re-writing history from its opening weekend itself.

@vikrantgupta73 @milapkthaker Well said paaji it was not good to see… age has nothing to do with this.. they are representing india 🇮🇳

[Sachin Tendulkar @sachin_rt]

From the time I started playing cricket, Kane Williamson has been one of the most technically compact and magnificent batters I have seen. Balance, timing, and that trademark calm at the crease came together to make his batting one of the most consistently pleasing sights in world cricket. A thorough gentleman and a true role model for youngsters.

His retirement will probably be received with unexpected relief in more than a few bowling camps. Wishing him luck and success in his next chapter.

[Sachin Tendulkar @sachin_rt]

Altitude jo bhi ho, attitude change nahi hona chahiye. 😄
