Your app gives this error and in store your people dont know anything. Total third class service regret buying airtel connection.

Your customer service is pathetic. I am trying upgrade my present plan, tried multiple times via Airtel Thanks App it fails while making payment. Tried reaching out to customer care it only gives IVR menu and nothing else nog able to speak with any person.
